To spray Halo EFX; the first layer needs to be sprayed on as a thin layer. This layer, the so called Tac Layer, makes sure that there is a good base to work on. After each layer, there needs to be a 20 minute drying period before spraying on the next layer. Layers 2 and 3 can be sprayed on thicker than the first layer. At the 3rd layer the surface needs to be fully covered in Halo EFX. There needs to be a base of at least 5 layers, so that you have a coat that is thick enough to make sure the color really stands out and for the liquidwrap to be peelable.
