Is it blue? Is it purple? No, it’s blurple.
Looks blue straight on but shifts to purple round the corner. This is a sublime colourshifting pearl. Being white-based, or more technically known as an interference pearl, it relies on the interaction with the base colour to achieve its look. Go too heavy on the coats and this will ‘white out’ and taking on a silvery appearance. But that might just be how you like it. 🙂
